The ideal candidate for this position has a strong interest in promoting the whole range of students&rsquo; personal, social and academic growth and actively embodies a student-centered, approachable, supportive faculty presence within the residential community.<\/p><p>The Faculty-in-Residence lives in an apartment in the residence hall and seeks to bridge any gaps that may exist between the classroom and residence hall experience by creating a seamless learning environment for residential students.
