He served one year as Assistant Manager. Now, he takes over the role of Community Manager.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nGray has been at UMW for over 15 years, serving in various IT roles. \u00a0He earned an MS in Management Information Systems\u00a0from UMW in 2010. \u00a0He participated in the <a title=\"Leadership UMW\" href=\"http:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/hr\/employee-development-program-2\/leadership-umw\/\" target=\"_blank\">Leadership UMW<\/a> inaugural cohort. \u00a0He has\u00a0also earned several technical and service management certifications.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"itSMF USA website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.itsmfusa.org\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/edwardgray.com\/images\/highered.jpg\" alt=\"itSMF USA Higher Education Community of Interest logo\" align=\"right\" \/>itSMF USA<\/a> is a nonprofit association dedicated to building a community of professionals for the purpose of networking, knowledge sharing and education to advance the service management profession and strengthen its members.
