She is pictured here with Aric Wagner, senior vice president, investments, of Davenport &amp; Company LLC<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Junior women&rsquo;s basketball star Brianne Comden has been named as the UMW Wagner Wealth Management Athlete of the Month for January.<\/p><p>Comden led UMW to an 8-1 month, scoring 14.9 points per game as the Eagles improved to 16-3 on the season. She scored a career-high 28 points in a win against Frostburg State, and also scored 25 at Wesley College in another CAC victory for UMW.<\/p><p>She leads the team with 14.7 points per game for the season, with a 56.2 shooting percentage and adds 5.5 rebounds per game.<\/p><p>UMW Wagner Wealth Management Athletes of the Month:<\/p><p>September &ndash; Emma Olson (volleyball)<\/p><p>October &ndash; Jenna Steele (field hockey)<br>\nNovember\/December &ndash; T.J.
