Now executive director for a Richmond-based nonprofit, Lewis \u2013 who uses they\/them pronouns \u2013 helps Virginia\u2019s LGBTQ+ youth discover their own fully authentic selves.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_89879\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-89879\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-89879\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This week, Lewis returned to UMW to share personal experiences of coming out and organizing LGBTQ+ youth at universities and communities throughout the South.
