This program is exclusively for UMW employees and is 5 weeks long.<\/p>\n<p>Now more than ever, it is important to make time in your day for a break from sitting upright in a chair, get some stretches in, and move your body. Can\u2019t make a few of the workouts? That\u2019s okay! There\u2019s no penalty for missing a few classes. We understand that it\u2019s tough to commit to all 10 meetings. Just remember: some scheduled movement in your day is better than no movement!<\/p>\n<p>Below are the details about the employee yoga class. Please register by September 7!<\/p>\n<p><b>Lunchtime Yoga<br \/>\n<\/b>The lunchtime yoga class is a gentle, relaxing yoga class designed to give faculty and staff head space during busy workdays, as well as the energy needed to finish the day strong.<br \/>\n<i>$30 for a 5-week session<br \/>\n<\/i><i>Meets twice a week: Mondays &amp; Fridays from 12:00-12:50pm<br \/>\nZoom (Link provided after registration)\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Fall 2020 Session 1<\/b><br \/>\nSeptember 7 \u2013 October 9<\/p>\n<p><b>You can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/campusrec.umw.edu\/Program\/GetProducts?productTypeCV=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000003502&amp;classification=6f6a1a59-5844-415b-820a-b2d8ce29a95c\">register and pay online<\/a>.<\/b> If you register online, please log in using the button and your UMW credentials.
