in the journal Societies Without Borders: Human Rights and the Social Sciences.&nbsp; The article uses data from the Wikileaks &ldquo;Iraq War Logs&rdquo; to document the extent of torture practiced by the Iraqi state during the years of the U.S. occupation.&nbsp;
