The date is a change from the previously announced starting date.<\/p><p>To facilitate this project, both parking areas will be closed&nbsp;from 1 a.m. on&nbsp; Thursday, August 1 and remain closed to all traffic through&nbsp;11 p.m. on Friday, August 9.<\/p><p>Thank you for your co-operation.
