It is&nbsp;posted it to the website <a href=\"http:\/\/petitions.moveon.org\/sign\/nvtc-and-rptc-add-rush?source=c.fwd&amp;r_by=6759295\" target=\"_blank\">MoveOn<\/a> and has already received 50 signatures.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Scarce parking, expensive parking lots, high gas prices, and congestion on Interstate 95&nbsp;are multiple reasons to avoid driving and instead encourage us to take the train.
