The ranking is part of Kiplinger&rsquo;s new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kiplinger.com\/links\/collegefinder\">College Finder tool<\/a>, which complements the magazine&rsquo;s annual &ldquo;Best Values in Public Colleges&rdquo; and &ldquo;Best Values in Private Colleges&rdquo; lists and also reveals the best college values in each region, best values among different-sized campuses and best values under $30,000 a year.<\/p><p>In December, UMW was named one of Kiplinger&rsquo;s &ldquo;100 Best Values in Public Colleges&rdquo; for 2014.
